Buyers sometimes want several fabric colors in one small order. This can be possible when colors are already available, but custom colors need a different discussion. Each fabric lot creates material preparation and shade control work.

Fabric Swatches And Sample Approval

The sample stage is the right time to find these issues. After bulk fabric is cut, changing the sewing method can cause delays and waste.

Fabric QC And Repeat Order Records

Fabric QC includes shade, stains, coating condition, cutting direction, panel alignment and sewing quality. For repeat orders, fabric lot records are important because the same color name can still shift slightly between lots.

If a buyer needs stable color across a brand collection, we keep approved sample photos and production notes. For large orders, the buyer may ask for material photos before cutting or inline sewing photos during production.

These records help reduce surprises when the same camping chair is reordered months later.
